The LEVEL MASTER system: How we do it.
Whether you have a concrete or wooden subfloor, we level both types of floors.
Laser-inspect the floor. Determine the highest point(s). Measure the rest of the floor’s lowest areas and slopes. Clean and prepare the surface. Spray foam in all gaps and along the walls to contain the material. Apply a primer that is designed for your subfloor. Set up our screed machine. Mix leveling compound and ‘float screed’ (level), using our revolutionary process, resulting in a beautifully flat wall-to-wall coat of new concrete flooring. Let it dry overnight, and quality-check the following day.

LEVEL MASTER – THE SCREED SYSTEM 100: Our Equipment
What sets LEVEL MASTER apart from other leveling installers is the SCREED SYSTEM 100. This important piece of equipment is what lets us transform uneven floors into perfect floors. It may look intimidating at first but only to the floor below. This patented machine float- screeds leveling compound across the surface of the subfloor with an operator at the helm.
The machine is first set up with attachments to the size of the area, whether it be a small hallway or large room. We then laser level the machine by adjusting the legs, which levels the floating screed bar attached, resulting in perfectly profiling a new surface for the subfloor. Its pivot points allows it to screed in and out of a space no matter the shape of the room. There is no other equipment or technique available that matches the quality and finish provided by the Screed System 100. This process is now considered to be the industry standard.
Conventional installers offer floor leveling or patch and grind/bar systems that can take several days, filling your home with dust, improving the floor somewhat, but in the end the floor will still not be flat and level.
